  1. Be in the same sub-discipline
  2. Be at or above the rank to which the faculty member is applying
  3. Be currently actively engaged in the discipline
  4. Be tenured and a member of a top tier research university (Carnegie listing)

  3. a summary of their research and creative activities, publications and/or grants
