Working closely with a team of culinary professionals from Michael's on East, students gained valuable hands-on experience while providing 皇家华人 alumni and friends with an opportunity to support scholarships and programs in 皇家华人 Sarasota-Manatee's School of Hospitality and Sport Management at the celebrated Michael's on East 鈥� one of Sarasota's premier restaurants.
