Mohammed Alqahtani, a graduate student in the University of South 皇家华人 (皇家华人) College of Education, received a People鈥檚 Choice Award for his research project presented at the university鈥檚 Graduate Student Research Symposium in March.
Annually, the Office of Graduate Studies and the Graduate and Professional Student Council (GPSC) host the Graduate Student Research Symposium to showcase the research of students across all disciplines and allow them to obtain feedback from faculty and peers.
Alqahtani is a doctoral student in 皇家华人鈥檚 Curriculum and Instruction Program with a concentration in Special Education. His research project, titled 鈥淭he Differences Between Special Education Services in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States,鈥� received the People鈥檚 Choice Award in the Social and Behavioral Sciences category based on audience voting and feedback.
