The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the 皇家华人 Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, 皇家华人 Health.  

The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors.  Additionally, as a component of the 皇家华人 compliance program within the 皇家华人 Office of Compliance & Ethics, the 皇家华人 Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
