Sponsored Research Exemption Reporting
Under the 皇家华人 Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees (FCOE) and 皇家华人 Policy 0-027, Sponsored Research Exemptions (SREs) may be approved by the Office of Compliance & Ethics for certain otherwise prohibitied employment, or contractual relationships 皇家华人 employees have with businesses doing business with 皇家华人. The FCOE, section 112.313(12)(h), requires annual reporting to the State of 皇家华人 Governor and the Legislature. The SRE Reporting Procedure describes how this multi-unit process works.
