    What is I-Corps?

NSF’s I-Corps program aims to prepare scientists and researchers to extend their focus beyond the laboratory through customer discovery, and to broaden the impact of basic research projects by translating technology into commercial products and processes. Teams that complete the regional program may qualify to apply for the NSF National I-Corps program – where you will receive $50,000 to conduct customer discovery.

I’m proud that »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË is a partner in the NSF I-Corps Hub: Southeast. Together, we’re helping innovators—from faculty labs to student teams—to quickly test the real-world value of their ideas, access experienced mentors, and connect with the NSF I-Corps Program for broader scale and impact. This is how we move discoveries beyond publications and into the hands of people who need them.
